This luxurious property offers you the opportunity to design your perfect kitchen with a $55,000 cabinet allowance. You can choose from a range of premium materials like walnut, hickory, or knotty alder, and select from painted, stained, or varnished hardware to match your style. The Blum interior cabinet hardware ensures exceptional quality and longevity. With customizable cabinet configurations, you can create a space tailored to your specific needs. The builder is even willing to accommodate oversized commercial appliances or custom dimensions for a truly personalized kitchen.  The $20,000 countertop allowance allows you to select the perfect material for your countertops, which will feature an 8-10" wrap of the same material as a backsplash to create a cohesive look.

The bathrooms also offer the opportunity for customization, with options to select materials, colors/finishes, shelving vs. drawers, or open cabinetry. You have the freedom to choose plumbing fixtures and lighting fixtures to complete your luxurious and personalized dream home, while staying within the code requirements for shower/bath widths and lengths. The custom real stone fireplace from floor to ceiling can be created using your preferred stone. The gas fireplace is of top quality, with a tremendous output.
